The compliance layer that sits around your checkout.

Claddr doesn't replace your processor. It adds the checks, signatures and records processors look for, then gets out of the way so your customers can pay.

Where Claddr sitsMoney moves left to right. The record is written underneath.

01 · The gate

Only the buyers you're allowed to serve reach the cart.

The gate asks the questions your profile requires: who they are, what kind of buyer they are, where they're shipping. Buyers who don't qualify are stopped politely, before checkout.

Buyer type, credentials and ship-to checked against your profileConsumers stopped with a clear message, not a broken checkoutThe result, never the document, is stored with the order

02 · Attestation

A signed statement on every order, in words you can't quietly soften.

Statements are versioned. Changing the wording creates a new version, and every signature points to the exact text the buyer saw.

VersionedEvery wording change is a new version
BoundEach signature links to exact text

03 · Rules and holds

Hold the risky orders yourself, before anyone else has to.

Write rules in plain terms. Matching orders are authorized but not captured until a reviewer on your team approves them.

04 · Monitoring

A weekly scan of everything a reviewer would read.

Product pages, policies and checkout copy are checked against your profile. Findings come with the exact line and a suggested fix. You decide what to change.

Monitoring surfaces risk. It isn't a guarantee of approval.
